Privacy Policy

Effective August 11, 2026. This policy explains how iShook LLC handles information when you use WORE, worechat.com, and related services.

1. Scope and who we are

WORE (Ways of Reason) is an iShook AI product operated by iShook LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. iShook Inc. owns the WORE software and related proprietary code and licenses that technology to iShook LLC. For purposes of this policy, “WORE,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to iShook LLC in its capacity as the service operator and the organization responsible for handling personal information, unless the context states otherwise.

This policy applies to WORE websites, authenticated workspaces, research features, AI Analytics, billing interfaces, shared conversations, and related support communications that link to this policy. It does not govern third-party websites or services that have their own policies.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

  • Account information, such as name, email address, profile information, authentication choices, and verification status.
  • Content, including prompts, questions, claims, conversations, projects, project memory, feedback, uploaded or linked sources, and instructions.
  • Billing and transaction information. Stripe processes payment-card details; WORE receives identifiers, plan, subscription, payment status, and related records rather than complete card numbers.
  • Communications and support requests.

Information collected automatically

  • Device, browser, IP address, request identifiers, timestamps, referring pages, service events, error records, and security logs.
  • Usage information such as features used, request counts, source access, subscription limits, and performance data.
  • Cookies or similar storage necessary for authentication, security, preferences, and service operation. We do not state that WORE is advertising-supported.

Information from other sources

We may receive authentication data from Google/Firebase, billing data from Stripe, public-source metadata, and results returned by enabled research or AI providers.

3. How we use information

  • Provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve WORE.
  • Authenticate users, maintain projects and chats, enforce limits, process subscriptions, and provide support.
  • Run requested research, evidence retrieval, AI Analytics, contradiction testing, and WORE overlay analysis.
  • Detect abuse, fraud, security threats, and violations of our Terms.
  • Measure reliability, citation quality, latency, cost, and product performance.
  • Comply with law and protect users, iShook AI, and the public.

WORE does not automatically treat your private project content as approved training data. If we introduce optional use of customer content for model training, we will provide appropriate notice and controls. We may use de-identified or aggregated operational information where permitted by law.

4. AI and research providers

To perform a request, WORE may send the relevant prompt or limited context to configured service providers, including Google Cloud/Vertex AI and Gemini, OpenAI, xAI, Anthropic, and lawful research or content indexes. AI Analytics intentionally sends the submitted question to four AI providers and returns their visible conclusions and citations to the WORE overlay. Provider availability can vary.

We limit disclosures to what is reasonably needed for the selected feature, but third-party providers process information under their agreements, security practices, and privacy terms. Do not submit highly sensitive, regulated, privileged, export-controlled, or confidential information unless your applicable WORE plan and written agreement expressly support it.

5. When we disclose information

We may disclose information to infrastructure, authentication, database, security, analytics, communications, payment, AI, and research vendors acting for us; to professional advisers; during a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale; when required by law or valid legal process; or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, security, and service integrity. We do not sell personal information for money. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are commonly defined.

6. Shared conversations

When you create a share link, anyone who obtains the link may view the read-only conversation. Shared pages exclude account data, private project memory, internal audit details, and protected reasoning traces, but they include the messages you chose to share. You are responsible for reviewing a conversation before sharing it. You can revoke a share link or delete the chat or project.

7. Retention and deletion

We retain account and content information while needed to provide the service, meet legal and accounting requirements, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, and preserve legitimate business records. You may delete individual chats or projects through WORE. Deletion removes active records according to the product workflow; residual copies may remain temporarily in backups, security logs, fraud-prevention records, or legally required archives before scheduled deletion or isolation.

Subscription cancellation does not necessarily delete your account or content. Contact us to request account-level privacy assistance.

8. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including authenticated access, role-restricted services, encrypted network transport, managed secrets, and access controls. No system is completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your credentials, devices, exported records, and share links and for notifying us of suspected unauthorized access.

9. Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal information, or to appeal a request decision. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. We may verify your identity and retain information where an exception applies. Authorized agents may submit requests where local law permits.

You can manage projects, chats, sharing, authentication, and billing through WORE and Stripe interfaces. To submit a privacy request, email privacy@worechat.com.

10. Children

WORE is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Users must also meet any higher minimum age required in their location. If you believe a child provided information improperly, contact us.

11. International processing

Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where iShook LLC or its providers operate. Those countries may have different data-protection laws. Where required, we use recognized transfer mechanisms and contractual protections.

12. Changes

We may update this policy as WORE evolves. We will post the updated date and provide additional notice when legally required. Continued use after an update takes effect is subject to the revised policy.
